Important Notice:
1. We provide train ticket reservation and hotel pickup combo service.
2. So our quotations cover the one way transfer between your midtown hotel in Beijing and train station in Beijing.
3. The tickets are issured 4 days before departure, so you are requested to reserve your tickets at least 7 days in advance.
4. We cannot 100% guarantee your ticket booking even after we have received your booking deposit. Your ticket booking is confirmed only after you have received our final confirmation either by email or phone 4 days in advance of your departure date.
5. We keep the right to change your train ticket for another train running a similar schedule per your permission if your original ticket is not available.
6. If we fail to confirm your ticket booking, you will have 4 days to adjust your travel plan and we will return your deposit.
7. Our train ticketing service is not available during Chinese festivals as below:
New Year'Day ( 1st Jan, three-day holiday )
Tomb Sweeping Day ( Early April, 3-day holiday )
Mid-Autumn festival ( Aug-Sept, 3-day holiday )
May Day ( 1st May, three-day holiday )
National Day (1st Oct, week-long holiday

8. Prepay for train ticket and hotel pickup service and charge by credit card.
9. You are kindly requested to get to the train station at least one hour before your train departure time.
10.You are also requested to go through the security check ( luggage check) when you enter the main hall of the train station.
11.Passenger will be allowed on board the train 30 minutes before departure time. The train will be closed 5 minutes before departure.
12.Our tour guide will assist you in geting on board the train - the tour guide service starting from your hotel to the train station.
